It Is
A Fact
One out of every 75 American males
(men & boys) is in prison. The
number has increased by 3% since last
year.
There are 3,033,321 prisoners today
in the United States, This does not
account for the millions who have served
terms but now retain the title of “felon”
and are to some degree under supervision
of the prison system. The number jumps
to nearly 7 million when you count
all those on probation.
This is a tremendous financial drain
on our economy with a cost over $90,999,630,000
per year! And, this is only an estimate!
It seems that everything we want to
do now is either illegal, immoral or
fattening, Aa the story goes.
There must be some truth to it. Currently
one of every 142 U.S. residents is
locked away… nearly an 8-fold increase
in just a couple of years. Our nation
has a larger prisoner population than
Russia. With 5 percent of the world’s
population, we have 25 percent of the
prisoners! When you consider the number
of people on probation or parole, one
in every 32 people in the country is
involved.
Something is wrong. Our tendency to
lock more people away as a viable solution
to our problems should not be shrugged
off. The present system is NOT working.

WORK RULES FOR WHISTLEBLOWERS
Whistle Blower Center
NOTE: You should ask us, "With all your opposition to snitches and "confessors" in the criminal justice system, why do you promote or provide comfort and support to whistle- blowers." The answer is quite simple, the two are not the same. In a trial, the prosecution is supposed to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the accused is guilty. Today, in all too many cases, the prosecutor uses his ;position of power and relationship with the Court, to pressure from the witness material that may or may not reflect the true situation. it has happened and it will continue to happen. It must stop.
The whistle blower is one in a position to see an evil, he must be able to document it beyond a shadow of a doubt and MUST NOT BE WORKING OUR OF HATE, MERE SUSPICION, OR REVENGE. He has to keep in mind that he is engaged in something that must be beneficial and without him (or her) harm can be done or continue. There is a world of difference. We feel for those people and wish to be able to help.
Frustrated?
Feel helpless?
Want to make a difference?
Here is relief.
If you are in a position to know, and know something is wrong, consider that you might be making a great contribution toward straitening things out. Prison guards, administrators of public policy, bureaucrats with a heavy hand---keep your eyes opened and let's put a stop to waste and corruption. They stuck it to others, let's stick it to them. It is not a matter of being a stool pigeon. It is doing what every good citizen is called upon to do--act against governmental corruption.
There are many abuses in government today. You need only read the current news reports to learn of police abuse, mishandling of funds by bureaucrats, stealing by legislators and personal involvement in the administration of justice. Favoritism, kick backs, perquisites are reported almost daily.
You may be in a position to report this but do not know where to go, what to do or when to do it, or the potential risk in taking action. We can help. We have prepared here a complete handbook on what to do if you have information that you feel must be made public.
You do not like the policy or the way it is administered and have a comment that might be helpful if brought to the attention to the proper parties? Speak up!

GUIDE FOR WHISTLEBLOWERS
Whistleblowing refers to the disclosure of information, publicly or anonymously, that you believe is evidence of wrongdoing, waste or mischief: violations of law, rules, or regulations; mismanagement of agency funds or resources, abuse of authority; a threat to the staff’s or clients’ health, safety or well-being; and so on
ANYONE WHO HAS SPENT TIME IN A FEDERAL PRISON HAS SEEN THE WASTE AND OTHER EVILS LAID OUT HERE. KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN; BE CAREFUL AND GET THE PROOF/EVIDENCE TO THE PROPER AUTHORITY. WE WILL HALP IF WE CAN.
Our invitation to staff and management personnel at the Bureau of Prisons: Help us to clean up a bad thing.
Working to secure interorganizational change is a professional right and responsibility and should be a condition of employment. You should have the opportunity to bring insights into the plans and programs of the organization for which you work; such participation requires that you acquire skill in dealing with organizations….
Attempting to secure intraorganization change, however, may expose you to risk of retaliation from your agency. You will need strong support group both to reduce risk, and to help cope with the stress often associated with organizational tinkering. You professional association is a potential source of support; you may be able to lodge a complaint if your agency is in violation of personnel standards of your association. This, however, is a radical technique and requires caution. Your agency will probably have formal grievance procedures that you may use when you experience adverse action from your agency. If you are represented by a collective bargaining agent, your union will be a source of support and will have a formal grievance procedure available for you.
It takes a strong person to stand up against the ingrained bureaucracy of the United States. There is a lot that needs to be changed, but there are many special interests to be served.
Be strong but be careful.. We will try to help. Contact us in total privacy and strict confidentiality.

We believe that the Mandatory Sentencing
practice of the Federal Judicial System
is wrong. We believe that the unforgiving
practice of not allowing for Parole
is wrong. We believe that warehousing
of inmates with minimal facilities
for retraining, rehabilitation, education
is wrong. We what to make a difference.
We want to educate policy makers to
the benefits of change and the evil
of the current practices.
We strongly fear that the current
policies of the Criminal Justice system
speaks to the deterioration of our
American Way of life, absent the fundamental
Judeo-Christian ethos of forgiveness.
We work to prevent the continuing moral
and ethical decline of our system.
We want to make the World a better
place. We what to minimize crime through
education and strengthening of our
religious underpinning. We want to
assure the children of incarcerated
parents that they do not have to suffer
the separation and accompanying deprivation
of having a parent in prison alone.
We want to our system to show a human
side driven by concern for our fellow
citizens, the offended, the offenders,
the tax payer.
We want to increase the quality of
life of all our neighbors with higher
standards of conduct toward the incarcerated,
laws that are administered fairly and
evenly with total impartiality. We
want everyone to live in a community
free of crime and feel that through
education, medical treatment and work
we can realize these ends.
