OUR BUSINESS MODEL: To work unselfishly and tirelessly to bring about meaningful change with the minimum financial cost in the shortest time possible.

Our Immediate Objectives
    Our approach is to build a major force for good. Creating a nation-wide network of knowledgeable, concerned activists, we concentrate upon educating the public in general  and policy makers in particular  the problems in the American Judicial System, especially as they pertains to the sentencing and incarnation of offenders.   We expect to have representatives in every Congressional district very soon.  We will focus upon needs of prisoners specifically and upon their children, spouses-- their families. Correcting injustices of the system where it exists is of foremost importance.

Concentrating on Federal Issues, we feel we can have a measurable positive in efforts to:

• Bring back in effective form the Federal Parole program which will mean immediate savings of millions of dollars.
• Bring about Reform of Federal Sentencing Mandatory Minimum Guidelines and the policy leading to their application.
• Bring about Prison Reform with greater emphasis on rehabilitation.
• Review and support reform recommendations for immediate changes.
• Serve as vigilant guardians of our system and screen out those elements of inequity, those features that are cruel and inhumane which affects families, the poor and minorities disproportionately.
• We will be working to give back to those who have diligently paid their debt to society the dignity and the place in society they can occupy as good citizens.
• Effect immediate Assistance to inmates for appeals and habeas corpus (§ 2255 & § 2241)  pleadings where financial resources permit.

        We will add or modify our objectives to meet the challenges of the day. We need your input as to the subjects and the mechanics of bringing about changes.
