We will add any forms you might have that you wish to send to us. Our objective here is to make available all the tools for those who are representing themselves. We will ask anyone who is seeking help with the filing to complete the related form first.

Ideally, we will have our legal support people to review your work and make changes or suggestions working directly with you.

We have made the forms as generic as we know how to. There are different forms for different districts. You might want to get a form on the topic from your district court. We do not anticipate problems using these forms. We feel that the information provided the Courts will be all inclusive and standard.  Just be sure. Of course, if you are being represented, the attorney in the District where the filing is to be made should have the proper form.
