Ours is not a partisan enterprise.  Republican, Libertarian, Green, Independent or Democrat, informed citizens will want to join with us.  At stake are the lives of many children, many spouses and other members of families affected by incerceflation  While we believe that criminals must be punished, we feel that a sincere effort must be made to assure sentences meet the principal objectives:

• To re institute the Federal Parole Program    

• Provide assistance to those who have been victimized by the system in any way.

• Assure the safety and security of persons and personal property;

• Strive to prepare convicted individuals for release back into society;

• Assure equity in all sentences;

• Repair or revise the justice system to eliminate inefficiencies,  favoritism, indifference and incompetence

• Eliminate harsh merciless sentences under the Mandatory Minimum law

• End unconstitutional enhancements in sentencing

• Put a harness on overly eager prosecutors

The economic health of our Country is involved.  Billions of dollars are spent each year to warehouse prisoners when most could be released back into the community to

• work and pay taxes,

• tend the needs of their families who otherwise might be of necessity and for mere survival wards of the State;

• pay their fines and assessments and child care;

• be placed into community facilities for re-training and education.
  

Money now spent on housing and caring for inmates can be better used to enhance our school system which would, we believe, contribute to effective crime prevention in the intermediate term. This could ease the burden now borne by taxpayers.

Requirements include:

• The ability to communicate well with some writing and speaking skills;

• You must like people and have a need to work to satisfy your personal financial needs and sense of accomplishments;

• You should be disciplined and can work un-supervised, on you own;

• You must have or must acquire a computer (work station) that meets our minimal specifications. This is not much but you would be working through a central terminal which requires that you are familiar with computers or are ready to undergo special limited training.

Compensation is closely associated with the number of hours you work with minimal time actually required.  There are reasons to expect an income that can be as little as $1000 a month and as much as tens of thousands dollars a month.  Annually you could be looking at a figure into the upper 6 figures.

We have as our objective to have at least one Associate in every Congressional District. Our consultants will be in touch with the Member of the House of Representatives of his or her Congressional District and the United States Senators of his state.  In addition, they will be maintaining a connection with his or her State’s Senators. There will be times when to contact, either personally by visits, by phone, by e-mail and by letter with Members of Congress, Members of Committees and the President with his Cabinet Members and various heads of Bureaus or Departments of Government in the District of Columbia or out in the field.

You will have available to you computerized presentations (PowerPoint) or presentations on CD’s or Videos to make before various groups:  Rotary, Lions and Optimists clubs, Church ministers and special Prison Ministry people at churches; taxpayers groups, political groups; Parents, Teachers Associations; and any number of social or special interest groups throughout your area. 

THE DEGREE OF INVOLVMENT IS UP TO YOU.
There will be times when activities require immediate action. But there is never any pressure that you should or could bring on anyone or anyone can or would bring on you.  We work with information.
    There are ample opportunities for innovation, and we invite your suggestions. You will be asked to attend conferences frequently in your area or nationally where you will meet with other consultants.
    You will have a great deal of material to work with which will explain the program of Paraclete Foundation and the program.

GUIDANCE AND ASSISTANCE
            There will be at least one Regional Consultant to whom you can turn for hands-on assistance.  The Foundation’s Regional CONSULTANT is always available on-line, telephone or in person to address your questions and resolve any problems you might encounter.

Compensation is based upon your efforts.
            We give you an identifying number as Consultant.  All the material you distribute will identify any results generated by your efforts.  When you show a film, a CD or a PowerPoint presentation, there will be material you can leave with your viewers.  When you visit Pastors, Priests, Professional Clubs, schools, PTAs, civic clubs, and the like,  special material will be available.  All this effort will bring about three results: 

• One, to educate the public about our program;

• Two, to recruit people to help you, to help us, in our efforts; and,

• Three, to raise money to pay our expenses… and your fees. 

No hard sell is involved. The “request for financial assistance” is built into the material and presentations.  You get credit when people respond to our needs.  A major mail list will be built through your efforts. The lists of your prospects are added to the Master List.  From the Central Office, other professional will make requests for funds by Mail, Radio Advertisements and TV appeals.  We will organize national and worldwide Internet appeals, in the form of silent auctions, lectures and the writing of Grant Proposals.
            Any name which shows up as a donor will be checked against our master list. Anyone with your number (corresponding to a specific date) will be credited to you.  In perpetuity you earn on your efforts. And a big plus is that anyone you recruit as an associate will have the opportunities you have. They will be identified as YOUR recruit and you will earn off their efforts. You can receive up to 90% of the contributions generated by you. This will be determined by the efforts you are making through the central office server and your efforts that can be easily measured.
            It is not as if you are hired or recruited to raise money. We need you as a strong personal and political presence as an Associate representing an idea, a cause that is worthwhile and necessary for the continued moral growth of our Country.  Your efforts will make a measurable difference in the lives of many people, some wives or husbands, many children and parents of prisoners throughout the country.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY:   We do not rent, loan or otherwise make available to anyone the information you provide. The information we need from you is to help us serve you, make sure you are compensated properly and provide to provide security for your records, information and payments.

INDEPENDENT ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT

General Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is by and between _______________________________________________________, Identify Individual, Corporation, Trust, or Partnership. If AKA applies, state full name, and Paraclete Foundation (the Foundation), a not-for-profit corporation established in the State of California, wherein it is

AGREED:

This is the sole and only AGREEMENT between the parties and no other agreement exists. Both the Foundation and the Consultant or Regional Consultant recognize that there is no employee-employer relationship in existence as relates to the parties and that each party is responsible for his own taxes or reports of other obligations that might exist for his/her acting as independent consultant.

                        Your personal data base and access to those in the master database identified as your contacts, active, in-active and prospects will be devised for you.  SEE HOW TO SET UP YOUR DATABASE FOR MAXIMUM USE AND CONVENIENCE. No two consultants can enter the same prospect of member.
                       

In each state where Consultants live the Foundation will file (or has filed) with the specified agency designated to oversee the activities of charitable organizations.

While there is no published dress code, Consultants will be at all times dress modestly, clean and otherwise appropriately.

Or corporate, partnership, trust or sole proprietor taxes where and when due.

Certainly no felon will be disqualified but will be given preference when all other conditions are met or exceeded.
